Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Charlotte team. Work location may be in Charlotte or on projects in various locations based out of the Carolinas. Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned): Review and finalize project business plans Assemble project management team with division management. Assemble field supervision team with General Superintendent. Review and evaluate prime contract with project owner and division management. Lead correspondence with the Owner, Engineer and Architect. Responsible for procurement and management of third party consultants (waterproofing, QC, geotech, etc). Manage subcontractor default insurance/risk mitigation plan for projects Obtain builders’ risk, general liability insurance and bonding as required for compliance with prime contract.
