Senior Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in residential land development to join a growing engineering team in Charlotte, NC. This position offers the opportunity to lead site development projects, oversee a small project team, and manage multiple concurrent assignments. Candidates should have strong technical and leadership capabilities and a passion for creating sustainable community developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead land development projects from due diligence and site planning through design and construction

Prepare and oversee the design of grading, drainage, water/wastewater, and stormwater detention systems

Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for detailed design work and project documentation
