Senior Project Manager

Role Purpose
As part of Korn Ferry, the Project Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will act as the single accountable owner for the delivery of a complex, cross-functional talent programme.
The role is responsible for ensuring that programme objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Ownership & Governance
Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end programme delivery, representing the Programme Leader.
Define, implement, and maintain the programme governance framework, including reporting cadence, risk reviews, and Steering Committee engagement.
