Role Purpose

As part of
Korn Ferry
, the Project Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will act as the
single accountable owner
for the delivery of a complex, cross-functional talent programme.

The role is responsible for ensuring that programme objectives are achieved
on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
, while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Ownership & Governance

  • Serve as the
    single point of accountability
    for end-to-end programme delivery, representing the Programme Leader.
  • Define, implement, and maintain the
    programme governance framework
    , including reporting cadence, risk reviews, and Steering Committee engagement.
