Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager (10–14+ yrs) to lead complex, enterprise programs across CRM, ERP, AI/RPA automation, and BI/Power BI. This role owns PMO governance, master program plans, and executive stakeholder communication, delivering multiple projects in parallel using Hybrid Agile + Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, ERP, AI/RPA, and BI programs
Build and manage Consolidated/Master Program Plans
Own RAID management, dependencies, milestones, and critical path
Drive Agile ceremonies and release planning
Manage budgets, vendors, and financial tracking
Partner with engineering, business, and leadership for successful go-lives
Provide executive-level reporting and governance
