Senior Project Manager (Construction/Project Revival)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a high-profile residential high-rise revival project. This is a Turnaround role requiring a candidate who excels in complex environments. You will inherit a project that was previously stalled and be responsible for auditing the current site, navigating legacy structural/legal issues and driving the project toward a successful completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a rigorous gap analysis of the project’s current state, including structural integrity, M&E status, and architectural progress left by the previous team.
• Work closely with the legal and commercial teams to resolve legacy issues with previous subcontractors and suppliers.
• Re-engage with local authorities (BOMBA, IWK, TNB, etc.) to renew lapsed permits and ensure all previous non-compliance issues are rectified.
