Built Alliance are working with one of the UK’s leading regeneration and placemaking developer to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of one-of-a-kind regeneration schemes across the North West of England.These are not your typical developments.

They are long-term, large-scale projects designed to fundamentally transform towns, city centres and communities, creating places with lasting social, economic and environmental impact which hasn’t been seen before.You will play a key role in leading complex mixed-use developments from early-stage planning and design through construction and completion. The role will involve taking ownership of programme, risk, quality and delivery strategy, working closely with internal development teams and a wide range of external stakeholders including local authorities, public sector partners, consultants and contractors.
