A respected and growing construction consultancy based in central Birmingham is looking for a client-focused and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major residential and education projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex schemes, manage key client relationships and progress towards Associate level within a supportive and expanding consultancy.
The Senior Project Manager will join a team with a strong presence across student accommodation, build-to-rent, schools and university campus projects. With projects ranging in value from £10 million to over £100 million, the consultancy delivers both new build and refurbishment schemes across the full project lifecycle.
