Key Tasks

• Lead and oversee the transition of complex healthcare services between public sector organizations.
• Provide end-to-end project management with a strong emphasis on change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including healthcare providers, government bodies, professional associations, and unionized workforces.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies aligned to fixed delivery deadlines.
• Lead communications and change management strategies to support service transitions and workforce impacts.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse and, at times, competing stakeholder interests.
