Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Software Project Manager who can drive projects end-to-end—planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery. This role requires a practical, no-nonsense professional who works closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope .
The ideal candidate is grounded, accountable, detail-oriented , and communicates fluently in excellent English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Own full lifecycle of software projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
Track progress, dependencies, and risks; take corrective action early
Ensure delivery meets quality standards and business expectations
Budget & Cost Management
Own and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Track actuals vs. planned spend and report variances clearly
Make pragmatic trade-offs between scope, time, and cost
Support leadership with accurate financial and delivery projections
Team & Execution Management
Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and Dev Ops teams
Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors if required
Remove blockers and keep teams focused on priorities
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Communicate plans, progress, risks, and outcomes in clear, structured English
Manage expectations and handle escalations calmly and professionally
Process & Continuous Improvement
Apply and improve delivery processes (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall as needed)
Identify gaps and implement practical improvements—not process for process’ sake
Maintain project documentation and reporting standards
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills Strong experience as a Software Project Manager Proven ownership of project budgets and delivery accountability Excellent spoken and written English Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and SDLC Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding engineering constraints

Able to balance structure with flexibility in fast-moving environments
