The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure. They drive solution definition, resource allocation, project direction, team building, budget control, non‑conformity resolution and overall risk management.

• Plan, lead and control projects and related personnel using project methodologies and tools to ensure successful completion within scope, on time and within budget.
• Lead team and client meetings using engaging and informative presentation methods; ensure timely follow‑up and hold project team members accountable.
• Create and maintain project documentation, contributing to the continuous evolution of documentation and methodology.
