Senior Project Manager

**What you will do**
- Confirm OKRs, KPIs, portfolio/projects management, reporting requirements;
- Understand business problems, confirm goals;
- Define deliverables and success metrics;
- Complete Discovery Document;
- Create initial improvement backlog and implementation roadmap;
- Execute the confirmed management practices and improvements;
- Portfolio & Projects management;
- Process standardization;
- KPIs and OKRs update;
- Produce regular reports;
- Progress reporting;
- Process socialization;
- Continuous identification of improvement opportunities.
**Must haves**
- 7+ years of related experience;
- 3+ years direct Agile Scrum Master experience;
- Experience with Agile Methodologies;
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience;
