**Here’s What You’ll Do**
Manage and deliver multiple high-profile, high-risk, and complex deployments simultaneously.
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer goals and create detailed Statements of Work.
Define project goals and create detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Lead Fortra and customer project teams through the full deployment lifecycle using strong influencing skills.
Monitor, track, and report project status, ensuring consistent engagement with C-level stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support their journey with Fortra and desired security outcomes.
Acquire deep knowledge of Fortra products and services to onboard and train customers.
Ensure smooth transitions of customers into live service aligned with operational and business requirements.
