Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, ITIL Transition).
- 5-10 years of experience leading multi-phase projects, ideally in a matrix environment.
- 2-5 years specifically transitioning customers to managed services.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility, fast-paced projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with C-level executives.
- Strong relationship-building and customer trust development skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
