As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading multi-country HRIS implementations and integrations while managing an internal project team and coordinating closely with external HRIS partners and vendors. This role ensures end-to-end delivery across regions, aligning business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country HRIS implementation and integration projects across ASEAN and/or global regions.
• Manage and mentor an internal project team.
• Act as the primary interface with HRIS partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Own end-to-end project governance including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resourcing.
