About the Role



We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead fast-paced retrofit HVAC projects within our Special Projects Division. This role is based in Gaithersburg and is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations. The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Division Manager and plays a key role in planning, execution, and closeout.
