Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a hydropower consulting firm headquartered in Austria to recruit a Project Manager. This role will oversee end-to-end hydropower plant projects, coordinating both local teams in Indonesia and international stakeholders. The position is based in Greater Jakarta and focuses primarily on managing hydropower projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases.
  • Manage client and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee engineering teams to deliver quality and compliant solutions.
  • Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks; drive cost and efficiency improvements.
  • Supervise construction progress and site activities.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Promote sustainability and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
