About The Role

Following recent and ongoing successes, we're excited to invite applications for Senior Project Manager roles within our Northern Territory team, based in Darwin. You'll lead the delivery of complex, high-profile infrastructure and civil engineering projects, with exposure across transport (road), aviation (landside and airside), ports, water and wastewater, energy, utilities and broader civil works critical to the Northern Territory's growth.

At TSA Riley, our focus is on transforming projects and adding real value for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from a client-side perspective — providing leadership across planning, concept and detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning. You'll work closely with government and private sector clients, contractors, consultants and governance groups to drive performance, manage risk and deliver safe, efficient and sustainable infrastructure outcomes.

You will also play a key role in shaping project strategies, strengthening long-term client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of our infrastructure capability across the NT.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8-12 years' experience delivering infrastructure and civil engineering projects, ideally across sectors such as transport, roads and bridges, water and wastewater, energy, ports, aviation, utilities or major civil works.
  • Proven experience working client-side within a consultancy environment or delivering major infrastructure projects on behalf of asset owners.
  • Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors and complex stakeholder groups, including government clients.
  • Highly developed commercial, risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across all project phases.
  • A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering high-quality, value-driven infrastructure outcomes.
