Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the on-site execution of a plotted development project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in civil infrastructure and the ability to manage all site-level operations from ground-breaking to handover.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Lead the end-to-end development of the site, ensuring all works align with approved township maps and luxury standards
- Infrastructure Management: Direct supervision of road construction, underground sewerage systems, drainage, water supply lines, electrification & other utilities
- Manage contractors, specialized vendors, and on-site labor to ensure timely delivery and quality control
- Coordinate with architects and local authorities for smooth execution of the project
