Your Job

  • Overall coordination of IT projects focusing to support Munich Re’s Corporate Underwriting Department.
  • Responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation & satisfactory completion of medium- or large-scale IT projects according to agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum/SAFe)
  • Acting as Agile Coach / Project Manager for an agile development team including coordination/handling of the project backlog
  • Accountability for creation of project charters and effort estimations within the scoping and budget approval process
  • Initialization of IT projects according to approved project charters and particularly manage the staffing of the project team
  • Transparent and consistent communication with the senior project stakeholders in Business and IT and achieving alignment with neighboring projects
