Senior Project Manager

Togala Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This role provides leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships and strong project controls.

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in guiding teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What you’ll do

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement
• Support and lead Superintendents and project teams
• Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Lead project closeout, handover, and post project reviews
