Senior Project Manager

The Role

We are delivering a major, multiyear transformation that will transition outsourced administration and servicing back into Customer organization, bringing critical operations, data, people, and technology inhouse.

The programme will deliver the transfer of colleagues and operational capability, the migration of policies to Customer organization strategic target platforms, and the transition of other platforms, supporting technologies including telephony, workflow and CRM solutions.

We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in largescale transitions or complex change environments—candidates who can navigate operational, technical and peoplecentric change to ensure a smooth, wellgoverned and highquality transition.
