Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager (10–14+ yrs) to lead complex, enterprise programs across CRM, ERP, AI/RPA automation, and BI/Power BI. This role owns PMO governance, master program plans, and executive stakeholder communication, delivering multiple projects in parallel using Hybrid Agile + Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, ERP, AI/RPA, and BI programs
• Build and manage Consolidated/Master Program Plans
• Own RAID management, dependencies, milestones, and critical path
• Drive Agile ceremonies and release planning
• Manage budgets, vendors, and financial tracking
• Partner with engineering, business, and leadership for successful go-lives
• Provide executive-level reporting and governance
