Job Description — Senior Program Manager / Senior Project Manager Location: Mexico City (Onsite) Type: Full Time Role Summary Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager (10–14 yrs) to lead complex, enterprise programs across CRM, ERP, AI/RPA automation, and BI/Power BI . This role owns PMO governance , master program plans , and executive stakeholder communication , delivering multiple projects in parallel using Hybrid Agile Waterfall methodologies.
