Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager (10–14+ yrs) to lead complex, enterprise programs across CRM, ERP, AI/RPA automation, and BI/Power BI . This role owns PMO governance , master program plans , and executive stakeholder communication , delivering multiple projects in parallel using Hybrid Agile + Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, ERP, AI/RPA, and BI programs
• Build and manage Consolidated/Master Program Plans
• Own RAID management , dependencies, milestones, and critical path
• Drive Agile ceremonies and release planning
