Contara is an e-commerce agency that works exclusively with subscription CPG brands in food, beverage, supplements, and health & wellness. We help brands convert and retain customers through Shopify optimization and Klaviyo retention marketing.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own one of our conversion pods. This is a strategic role. You'll deeply understand each client's brand, product, and competitive landscape, and make data-driven recommendations on what to test and build to grow their store revenue. Our Conversion service includes three work streams: paid landing pages, Shopify theme optimization and testing, and brand and operational support in Shopify. You'll lead a team of a PM, Tech Lead, developers, and designer - but your value goes beyond delivery. You're a trusted strategic partner to your clients.
What You'll Do:
- Own client relationships - you're the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
