Senior Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. As a Senior Project Manager , you will lead mechanical and HVAC projects across commercial, residential high-rise, and industrial facilities and be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HVAC, mechanical, and building systems projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources from kickoff to close-out
• Coordinate internal CBS teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Oversee installation of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, BAS, piping, and related systems
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements
