The Impact You’ll Drive

  • Own end-to-end delivery across Web, CRM, and SEO programs with clear accountability and predictable outcomes
  • Translate scopes and strategic intent into execution-ready plans, timelines, and delivery rhythms
  • Establish governance models that create alignment, control priorities, and reduce escalations
  • Act as the single point of ownership for client communication across marketing, IT, CRM, and SEO stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, protecting delivery velocity while managing shared resources
  • Anticipate risks early and drive structured resolution before they become escalations
  • Bring rigor to effort estimation, scope control, and commercial impact tracking
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting focused on risks, impact, and decision-making


What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience managing complex digital programs in agency or enterprise environments
  • Hands-on exposure to Web platforms, CRM ecosystems, and SEO operations running in parallel
  • Strong command of Agile, hybrid, and milestone-led delivery models
  • Experience managing long-running AMCs or transformation-style engagements
  • Working knowledge of CMS builds, frontend concepts, CRM journeys, and SEO fundamentals
  • High proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, ProofHub, or equivalent
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a calm, structured approach under pressure
  • A high-ownership mindset with clear communication and sound judgment
