The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an international, client-focused project management consultancy that continues to expand its presence in Germany. Due to a strong and secured project pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of challenging real estate projects in Munich and wider Germany.

Responsibilities:

Full end-to-end project management from early design through to completion and handover

Acting as the primary client interface and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

Managing programme, cost, quality, risk, and procurement strategies

Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors

Proactively manage existing customer relationships as well as negotiate and prepare quotes

Ensuring compliance with German regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
