Your role will focus on coordinating onboarding initiatives, tracking milestones, and delivering insights to leadership, with strong exposure to project metrics and continuous improvement.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding projects from start to finish.

Ensure onboarding processes are followed consistently across all projects.

Act as a liaison between HR, IT, hiring managers, and business teams to guarantee smooth onboarding.
