Senior Project Manager - PMCM

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager - PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle
• Develop and implement project management plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients stakeholders contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and clients
