Tasks
Lead and support Plants in developing solutions for technically challenging problems, beyond plant specialists technical knowledge.
Support Plant to reach target levels on FPY, Scrap rate, Quality PPM.
Support Plant to provide technical answers to customers field returns or Zero KM issues.
Support Improvement Projects to all A.N. Product worldwide.
Part of A.N. operations organization.
Lead Projects to Support to green field, brown field or improve low performance plants.
We estimate over 1 Million Euros saving / cost avoidance / year / PM
**Qualifications**:
Graduated minimum as a green belt, desirable Black belt
User of software's minitab, MS Project, Excel
Six Sigma problem solving methodologies
FMEA
International Networking
Communication & Cooperation
Fluent in English
Degree in Chemistry
10 years of experience working in manufacturing, maintenance, R&D, new products launch or quality
