Timing: 1st shift (Monday and Friday)
Pay rate: $60-64/- hourly on W2 with 5 PTO

The Project Manager will lead the implementation and ongoing management of engineered labor standards and a performance-based incentive program. Representing a third-party logistics provider, this role serves as the primary liaison between the client and the third-party vendor for strategic services, ensuring the successful deployment of LEAN initiatives, NextView LMS enhancements, and a structured incentive system that drives operational excellence.
