Job Description
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead end-to-end execution of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical R&D programs from concept through commercialization.
+ Own and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
+ Drive disciplined execution using phase-gate / PDP frameworks while ensuring Design Control compliance.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, Marketing) across global sites.
+ Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, supply chain, and schedule risks.
+ Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, procurement strategies, and supplier engagements.
