Provide Client introductions, customer context to internal teams, Navigate account to identify varied kinds of deals, lead pursuit teams, understand client drivers and competitor moves, interface with client on expectations, develop account plan, drive MSA / SOW, resolve delivery escalations and complaints, growing the account as account plan.



Relationship Management, Market development, Customer Prospection, opportunities identification and qualification, proposal development, Contract & MSA, Account Operation.
