Job Description
Purpose:
This position will support hardware, software and IT related upgrades and migrations to create sustainable infrastructure solutions and cost-savings. Secondary duties will include managing customer-facing projects during the deployment phase (or post-deployment phase in conjunction with Operations in a customer support capacity).
Responsibilities:
Plan, facilitate, track, communicate, and complete organization’s operational and infrastructure projects, including, but not limited to, the movement of hardware between data centers, installation of new hardware, decommissioning and disposal of legacy hardware and software applications, and installation of new software.Utilize applicable practices from PMBOK to manage tasks and resources within SOW scope and timeline established for the project.Oversee cross‐functional team activities and team members in a matrix environment to meet the strategic objectives of the Custom...
