About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Network projects within a cross-functional, matrix environment. You will work closely with internal business units, IT domain teams, engineering managers, offshore resources and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and aligned with operational and business goals.

This role requires strong leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and deep exposure to large enterprise IT/network project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage multiple Network projects, owning the full technical delivery lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, developers, testers, vendors, offshore teams).
• Ensure delivery milestones, scope, timelines, quality standards and budget expectations are met.
• Apply Waterfall methodology (Agile experience is an advantage).

2.Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and ensure variances remain within 10% tolerance.

3.Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage senior stakeholders (VPs, Directors, Project Owners, Product Managers) with clear communication.
• Manage contractors and 3rd-party vendors; oversee contract terms, performance and deliverables.

4.Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal project governance frameworks and documentation standards.
• Identify business impacts and proactively manage change controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or large enterprise IT environments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification, Agile experience and Waterfall methodology experience preferred.
