The Strategic Execution Team is part of the Process Risk and Strategic Execution group under the RBC Enterprise Chief Controls Office, which has a mandate to develop and implement a proactive, standardized, scalable program and project management discipline that drives consistency in delivery of strategic objectives, while ensuring execution of RBC enterprise (Board, CoE and Group Executive) and cross-functional business programs and projects.
