The Opportunity

FinXL IT is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead a critical project at a leading general insurance organisation within the risk and regulatory portfolio.

You will own the delivery of the strategic phase, encompassing payment category shifts, process re-engineering, large-scale training, and QA framework design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Delivery: Lead the end-to-end strategic fix execution, managing budgets up to $10m.

  • Plan & Sequence: Define delivery plans and optimise sequencing across technology partners and business functions, navigating resource capacity and prioritisation constraints....
