Manage the planning, programming, design, and construction administration of technically diverse major maintenance, alteration, additions, renovations, preservation and new construction of university facilities. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or related field.

  • 8 years of relevant project administration/management experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across levels (verbal and written), collaborate, and attention to details.
  • Responsibilities Project Development
  • Support planning group in the completion of feasibility studies and the transition of feasibility studies into executable funded projects.

  • Provide planning group with feedback on constructability, building and departmental particulars, and project approach to aid in project development.
