The Position

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across India. This role sits at the heart of client delivery, owning end‑to‑end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑moving, client‑facing environments and is comfortable operating across business, product, and technology teams.


Responsibilities

1) Project Planning & Implementation

  • Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive delivery discipline using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, engineering, and customer support to facilitate project progress.


2) Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and navigating complex delivery environments.
  • Provide clear, structured communication on progress, risks, issues, and outcomes regularly.


3) Risk, Quality & Governance

  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure thorough testing and validation of deployed solutions to confirm functionality and performance.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance, comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.


4) Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyse feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement and embed lessons learned into delivery practices.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project management processes and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the project management standards, tools, and playbooks across the organisation.


Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Over 7-10 years experience in project management; delivering complex technology or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience within HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
