Job Description

Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager with Governance, Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination for Complex Student Information System (SIS) Implementation.

This is a 9-month contract with possible extension.

Must Have:

  • 7+ years as a Project Manager with experience on complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations
  • Experience managing vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage scope, Change Order Processes, and vendor deliverables
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through business process and system changes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in post-secondary or public-sector environments
  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), data migration, or course-based systems
  • Experience supporting collective business rules, reporting standards, or system configuration across multiple sites
  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead project governance, scheduling, risk, and vendor/stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor SoW compliance, escalate issues, and track resource capacity.
  • Coordinate project teams and clarify roles across stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendors on deliverables, enhancements, and technical requirements.
  • Support colleges in business process definition, system configuration, and data uploads.
  • Standardize business rules, reporting, and documentation.
  • Oversee high-level data strategy and contribute to training/support materials.
