What You'll Do:
The Strategy and Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of the Global Client Operation Center (GCOC) by driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role includes a blend of administrative and strategic responsibilities, such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to guide high-level decision-making. As the primary liaison between departments, the Specialist will facilitate project alignment, manage dependencies, and keep senior leadership informed on progress. Additionally, the role will take ownership of ad-hoc and strategic projects, from research and planning to execution, proactively identifying opportunities that support the GCOC’s strategic priorities.

This Position is based in Gurugram, India
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, Chief of Staff roles or Executive Assistant to senior leadership, Consulting
Experience on AI driven projects that create operational and project management efficiency.
Flexible to work in EMEA time zone on need basis.
Experience in working in a fast-paced international environment
Experience in Adtech is a plus
Strategic Thinking & Analysis - Ability to turn data into insights (reports, presentations, dashboards)
