    • A new opportunity has arisen for a senior projects lawyer to join the infrastructure team of a global organisation in Sydney. The role will be supporting the commercial team across large complex projects including energy, water, transport and property.


    Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing leadership on legal and commercial issues relating to proposed projects.
  • Assisting with structuring, preparing, negotiating, and concluding transactions for projects
  • Providing support on legal issues during the execution of projects
  • Advising the business on compliance and risk management
