This is an exciting opportunity to join Limnios Property Group as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Newcastle Street office, managing a well-maintained residential portfolio that is in excellent condition. The role is being recruited due to an upcoming retirement in April, with a full handover provided to ensure a smooth transition.

You will manage the end-to-end operations of a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, supported by strong systems and a collaborative team environment. There is also an opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property management and trust accounting if of interest.
