Role description: To become part of the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET) coordinating and managing proposals for all parts of the Arcadis businesses.

Role accountabilities

• Assist the Team Leader in training the Proposal Coordinators, provide guidance to the team on the Arcadis Way of Client Development and liaise with section managers on required trainings
