Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage major strategic bids from capture planning to submission.
- Act as the central point for client communication, bid governance, and review processes.
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Write and edit bid content – you will be the chief storyteller within the team.
- Champion bidding best practice, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, contributing to team development.
