Job Description

The Senior Purchasing Analyst is responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring accurate and controlled processing of invoices and project budgets. This role ensures the timely acquisition of products and services at competitive prices while adhering to organizational policies and established vendor agreements. The analyst will assess purchasing requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize procurement strategies to effectively support IT operations.


Contract, Procurement & Commercial Management

•Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including requisition review, quotation evaluation, internal approval and coordinating with contracts depart till the issuance of the Contracts.

• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, internal controls, and approval workflows.

• Resolve procurement-related issues, including delayed deliveries, invoice discrepancies, and contract clarifications.
