Senior Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials required for perfumery production. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials. Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure materials meet required standards. Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
