Job Description:
Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML/LLM models and NLP algorithms, primarily using Python, with a focus on frameworks like LangChain and Agentic Development Kits.
Build complex, stateful AI workflows and autonomous agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and StateGraph.
Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to provide accurate, grounded responses by integrating external knowledge sources.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, supporting modern communication protocols like HTTP and gRPC.
Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product managers to define requirements, design AI-driven features, and integrate LLM and NLP capabilities into our products.
Develop sophisticated conversational AI and chatbot systems, utilizing advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize model performance and relevance.
Integrate with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, and Vector stores) and third-party APIs for seamless data access and functionality.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes for automated deployment and testing of AI-powered applications.
Leverage AI-specific services on cloud platforms such as GCP (Vertex AI), Azure, or AWS.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by adhering to best practices and participating in code reviews.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, ML, NLP, and agentic frameworks to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Technical Skills – Must Have:
10+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Extensive experience with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, StateGraph, or similar (e.g., LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Hands-on experience developing high-performance APIs with FastAPI.
Proficiency in designing and developing conversational AI or chatbot applications.
Strong understanding and application of prompt engineering techniques.
Experience with backend API development using HTTP and gRPC.
Practical experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML services on at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Experience with MLOps practices for deploying and managing models in production.
Technical Skills – Good to Have:
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).
Experience with Knowledge Graph (e.g., rdf , neo4j etc).
Knowledge of additional programming languages like Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing AI/ML and NLP projects, especially those involving LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Process & Behavioral Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
